Shipping Policy
General Information : All orders are processed within 3 business days from the order being placed. All packages are shipped via independent courier partners.
Delivery Time: An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is shipped. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 5-7 business days from the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Sundays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, and the method of delivery.
Shipping Costs: Shipping fee is calculated based on Order Total and items weight. The exact shipping charge will be displayed at checkout.
Packaging material: We use the best quality packaging materials for all our products and they are completely recyclable and plastic free. Go creative with the carton boxes and use them as storage boxes at home! Do share a picture with us :)
Summer Shipping: We only use raw butters, pure grade carrier oils and pure essential oils in all our natural skin care products. We do not use synthetic stabilisers or emulsifiers in any of our skin care products which make the products more temperature stable. As a result, our delicate natural products in glass jars are sensitive to temperature changes. We make the best efforts to pack the products well, seal the jars, add extra padding and ship them in boxes to avoid any melting. However, during very warm weather, the product may soften or even melt a bit in transit as they sit in warm vehicles. Since melting is a natural reaction to heat and we have no control over the conditions during transit or delivery, please understand that we cannot be responsible for melted products.
If the product does melt or get soft, in spite of the efforts we have made to prevent it, please don't worry. Leave your product at room temperature or in the fridge or freezer for a couple hours to allow them to harden. The quality and healing properties of our products are not affected in anyway by melting.
Also, please make sure that you always store the product in a cool and dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.
