  1. Drink enough water - This is the probably the most obvious one. Drinking water has numerous benefits for our body. Apart from keeping our body hydrated, it also helps our skin glow. We should drink a minimum of 8-10 glasses of water every day. Drinking enough water also helps in reducing dark circles. 
  2. Avoid fast food - Fast food and processed food such as burgers and pizzas can cause indigestion and other health problems that show up on our face. We need to clean the system from inside to look great from the outside. It is thus advisable to avoid such food to the extent possible. 
  3. Have fruits and vegetables - Including fruits and vegetables with high fibres in your diet can be great for the body and skin. Switch to fruit salads for evening snacks instead of deep-fried snacks. 
  4. Good sleep schedule - A healthy sleep schedule can have rewarding benefits for the skin, mind and the body. Try sleeping by at least 10 pm - 11 pm for best results.
  5. Yoga - Doing yoga or some form of exercise helps stretch and move all body muscles. Face yoga is another form of yoga which focuses on facial muscles. It helps skin glow and also reduces signs of ageing. Ten minutes every day is all you need to practice some poses.
  6. Switch to natural skincare - Skin is the largest organ of the body. Anything that we put on our skin gets absorbed right into our body. Hence, we need to be mindful of what we apply to our skin. We should always read the label before we make a purchase. If we do not understand the products` ingredients, then we probably should not buy it. The best product to apply to the skin is the one you can eat. Natural skincare products contain pure and clean ingredients - the ingredients that are easy to understand like virgin coconut oil, shea butter, olive oil etc. They provide great result and help the skin glow.
